  • Grace Graziaplene

    BCBA/ Lead Tennessee Analyst

    Grace Graziaplene is a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) with five years of experience supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, and other impairments. A recent graduate of the University of South Florida with a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, she specializes in functional communication training, social skills, and personalized interventions. Grace values collaboration with families and professionals, offering compassionate and ethical care while enjoying family time and travel. She will begin serving clients in Eastern Tennessee in October of 2025.

  • Crystal Holubik

    BCBA

    Crystal is a warm-hearted and enthusiastic BCBA who found her calling in ABA after starting as an intern. From earning her RBT to becoming a BCBA, her journey has been fueled by a deep passion for helping children and teens thrive. She loves supporting individuals ages 2 through the teen years as they build confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills—celebrating every milestone along the way.

    Outside of work, Crystal enjoys getting creative with painting, baking sweet treats, and staying active through sports. She shares life’s everyday adventures with her husband and their lovable Goldendoodle, Mater—always ready for a cuddle or a bit of mischief.

  • Jillian Phillips

    BCBA

    Jillian is a caring BCBA with a teacher’s heart. She began her career in the classroom and carried that same commitment to supporting every learner into the field of ABA. She earned her BCBA certification through the ABA graduate certificate program at Florida Institute of Technology and holds a Master’s in Special Education from Dowling College. Jillian has supported students with a wide range of strengths and needs, including those navigating intense behaviors and complex communication challenges, and she brings patience, collaboration, and creativity to every team she joins.

    When she’s off the clock, you’ll likely find Jillian planning her next trip, camping under the stars, or laughing with family and friends around a fire. She believes connection fuels great work—and great adventures.

  • Erin Mockler Eaton

    BCBA

    Erin is a dedicated professional with a heart for supporting individuals with diverse needs. With a background in early intervention and behavioral support, she has served as a teacher and behavior specialist, providing thoughtful, collaborative care across school and community settings. Now focused on client-centered, assent-based ABA services, Erin brings compassion, insight, and a deep commitment to helping others thrive.

    When she’s off the clock, Erin loves soaking up the Florida sunshine with her family, heading off on mountain adventures, or enjoying all things Disney. Whether she's in the field or at Cinderella’s Castle, Erin brings joy, warmth, and a sense of wonder to everything she does.

    RBT / OT Doctoral Student

    Leah Centonze is a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician currently pursuing her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. With a strong passion for working with children and a background in sensory integration and occupational therapy, Leah brings a unique and valuable perspective to her work with individuals on the autism spectrum.

    By thoughtfully blending her OT knowledge with the principles of ABA, she provides individualized, supportive care that fosters meaningful growth and development. Leah’s holistic approach and heartfelt dedication make her a powerful advocate for the children and families she serves.

    RBT / BCBA Candidate

    Jasmine is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician and recent psychology graduate from Boston University, with a deep passion for supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and special needs. She is currently attending the University of West Florida to earn her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

    Jasmine brings leadership experience from roles such as Swim Director and Camp Counselor, along with a strong foundation in community service and volunteer work. Known for her empathy, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills, she thrives in collaborative environments and is committed to making a lasting, positive impact in the lives of those she serves.

    At Natural Pathways, Ernesto works with individuals ranging from age 7 to adulthood, focusing not only on skill development but also on meaningful generalization across real-life settings.     Bridget Kenney is a highly experienced RBT with over 35 years of dedication to supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder over the past decade. She has worked extensively in residential care and educational settings, excelling in roles such as House Manager and Teacher’s Assistant, where she implemented individualized plans, trained staff, and collaborated with families and professionals. Now living closer to her grandchildren, Bridget continues to bring her passion, expertise, and commitment to creating supportive environments that help individuals reach their full potential.
