Grace Graziaplene is a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) with five years of experience supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, and other impairments. A recent graduate of the University of South Florida with a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, she specializes in functional communication training, social skills, and personalized interventions. Grace values collaboration with families and professionals, offering compassionate and ethical care while enjoying family time and travel.

Crystal Holubik
BCBA
Crystal is a passionate BCBA with nearly five years of experience in ABA, having started her journey as an intern and earned her RBT and BCBA credentials. She has worked in various settings, helping children ages 3 to 11 develop essential life skills and empowering them to become confident, independent individuals. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys painting, baking, and staying active through sports, while living in Florida with her husband and their Goldendoodle, Mater.

Martina is pursuing a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of South Florida, aiming for BCBA certification. She earned her Bachelor's in Psychology from USF in 2023, with internships focused on social relationships and mental health, and also holds an Associate of Arts degree from St. Petersburg College. As an RBT, Martina enjoys helping children develop independence, supporting their education, and assisting during challenging moments.
